My name is Robert, and I’m a licensed real estate agent in both North Dakota and Minnesota. My journey in real estate began back in 1995 with my first passive income property, and since then I’ve built extensive hands-on experience in nearly every area of the industry. Over the years, I’ve partnered with respected investment groups such as Robert Kiyosaki’s ELITE LEGACY and Than Merrill’s Fortune Builders, where I received advanced training in passive income strategies, commercial real estate, property flipping, and syndications.

Locally, I’ve purchased and managed over 10 properties in the Fargo–Moorhead area and worked closely with property management companies to maximize returns. I’ve also been involved in 12 syndicated investment deals nationwide, giving me valuable insight into both local and large-scale real estate opportunities. Before becoming a full-time real estate professional, I spent more than 30 years in corporate railroad transportation — a career that sharpened my skills in problem-solving, negotiation, and working with people from all walks of life.

What drives me today is helping others achieve their real estate goals, whether that means finding a dream home, building wealth through investment properties, or transforming older homes into long-term rentals that generate lasting passive income. I bring not only professional expertise but also personal experience as an investor who has been in my clients’ shoes.
